Ilona Prucha

Ilona Prucha founded Irving Strategies in 2025 after seventeen years at a national private foundation, where she led a multi-million civic engagement portfolio and managed major state-based funding initiatives. Her work spanned grantmaking strategy, donor advising, collaborative design, and organizational leadership, including two terms leading her team during institutional transitions.

Irving Strategies serves donors, foundations, and nonprofit leaders who want a thought partner with genuine experience inside the institutions they are trying to work with or understand. Clients include high-capacity donors, donor collaboratives, foundations, and nonprofit executives.

Ilona is a certified Independent Philanthropy Advisor through Daylight Advisors and a trained advisor with 21/64. She holds a Master's in Public Administration and a Certificate in Nonprofit Sector, Philanthropy, and Social Change from Northeastern University. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
